A bank or app asked you to upload your statement and they use Swippee to read it. Here's exactly what happens — no jargon.
You upload your statement
From your own bank app — or the company uploads it for you.
Swippee reads it
Transactions, dates, balances and holder name — extracted.
Structured data goes back
The company gets clean JSON + signals to make their decision.
The raw file is deleted
Deleted within 24 hours — only the structured data is kept.
What Swippee does not do
Log into your bank, or touch your account in any way.
Sell your data. Ever.
Share your data with anyone except the specific company that asked us to process it for you.
Initiate any payment, transfer, or change anything in your bank account — we can’t, we don’t have access.
Ask for your bank username or password — ever. If anyone using Swippee asks for those, that's not us. Report them to hello@swippee.com.

Questions people ask
Is my bank statement safe with Swippee?+
Yes. Swippee only reads the statement document you (or the company you're applying to) provide — it never logs into your bank or asks for your password. Statement data is encrypted, and you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.
Does AI or a chatbot read my bank statement?+
No. The numbers are read by Swippee's own software — your statement is never sent to an AI model, used to train one, or shared with a third party. This is a firm promise, not just a setting.
Do you store my bank login or password?+
Never. Swippee is a document-reading service, not a bank login. We process a statement file you already have; there is no username, password, or bank connection involved.
Which Nepali banks does Swippee work with?+
Swippee reads statements from every major Nepali bank and wallet — including Nabil, NIC Asia, NIMB, NMB, Kumari, Siddhartha, Global IME, eSewa and Khalti, and more — as PDF, Excel, or photo.
How do I delete my data?+
Use the Delete my data form, or email hello@swippee.com with your account number. Every deletion request is honoured within 30 days.
